1. The Defendant, as the case may be, shall:

Plaintiff

A With respect to the size of 6951m2 and 1965m2 in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, 6951m2 and F factories, 2016m2.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is the executor of the development project of the I General Industrial Complex in Kim Jong-si (hereinafter “instant industrial complex”).

B. The Plaintiffs concluded a contract for the purchase and sale of each of the following contents with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant contract for the sale of each of the instant land”).

The land (land category) subject to the buyer on the date of the contract of the seller is completed, and each land is finalized by the land listed in paragraph (1) of this Article.

Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “A”) on June 3, 2016 sales price: (a) KRW 1,4770,600,000 won (1,4770,000,000 won (1,477,60,000,000 won) of the Industrial Complex K (Land) of this case; (b) Plaintiff B (hereinafter “B”) on September 22, 2016, Defendant C Co., Ltd. C. The main contents of each of the instant sales contracts are as follows.

Provided, That where B provides security as determined by A for the unpaid balance, A may accept the use even before the full payment of the purchase price is made.

Provided, That where a development project is completed and the adjustment of the register is completed due to the completion of the development project, A shall not approve the use.

Article 6 (Transfer of Ownership, etc.)

1. A shall transfer his ownership of a target site after he completely pays the purchase price (including the settlement money) to B;
