1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 49,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 22, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. According to the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 9 and all pleadings as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from May 19, 2011 to November 10, 2012, for a total of 49,50,000 won to the defendant by means of cash or account transfer (in case where the plaintiff is delivered in cash, the defendant issued a receipt). Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from February 22, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.
