A. Defendant B shall be annually from May 20, 2013 to June 25, 2013, as well as KRW 160,400,173.

A. Defendant B, a professor of D University and the Plaintiff’s member, and Defendant B, from before 209 to November 14, 2012, worked as the president of the Plaintiff E Committee and the chair of F of the academic journal related to electronic materials published by the Plaintiff.

B. G (G; hereinafter referred to as “H2010”) opened from November 21, 2010 to November 24, 2010, G in 2012 (hereinafter referred to as “H2012”); H2010 and H2012 collectively referred to as “each of the instant academic conferences”) opened from September 16, 2012 to September 19, 2012.

Defendant B shall be the chairperson of each of the academic conferences in this case.

C. Defendant B used the deposit account in the name of the Plaintiff for the management of expenses for each of the instant academic conferences.

H2010 is the first deposit account of the bank in Korea ("the first deposit account"), and H2012 is the JJ deposit account of the bank in Korea ("the second deposit account").

The Defendant Incorporated Association C (hereinafter “Defendant Research Council”) obtained establishment permission on August 16, 2012 and completed the registration of incorporation on August 27, 2012.

The representative of the Defendant Research Council is Defendant B.

E. Upon Defendant B’s request, the Plaintiff transferred the sum of KRW 102,00,000 (hereinafter “H2010 advance payment”) from June 7, 2010 to December 6, 2011 to Defendant B’s deposit account (hereinafter “new bank”) at Defendant B’s first deposit account, for the disbursement of H2010-related expenses. From June 26, 2012 to Defendant B’s deposit account, the Plaintiff wired the sum of KRW 31,740,000 in total from September 21, 2012 to Defendant B’s deposit account (hereinafter “prepaid expenses”).

F. Money deposited in the Defendant Research Council’s deposit account (Korean Bank L) at H2012 is the sum of KRW 66,739,372 from September 18, 2012 to November 20, 2012.
