2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 16093, Jan. 1,

1. Alteration of private documents;

A. On March 2, 2016, around 20:0, the Defendant altered the above prescription, which is a document issued by another person’s (i.e., the document verifying rights, obligations, or facts, by entering the seal in the name of the above D in the column of prescription, “1” and “80” in the column of number of per-day dosages, among the prescription issued by D with the intent to purchase and use a stroke “stroke” of narcotics, etc. on the street near the “A stroke,” which is located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, for the purpose of using it.

B. At the time and place specified in the above paragraph (a), the Defendant stated “A strokes” in the name column of prescription drugs, “A strokes,” “1,” “1,” and “150” in the total number of pages of prescription drugs issued by a doctor E in order to purchase and use “strokestrokes,” which are narcotics, at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (a), and changed the above medical prescription, which is a document of another person, on the statement of “150” in the total number of pages of prescription drugs, with seals affixed to each of the above E, on the statement of “150” in the total number of pages of medication.

2. The Defendant: (a) issued, at the time of the day described in paragraph (a) of Article 1, a prescription made by the alteration as described in paragraph (1) at “G pharmacy” located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) issued to the above pharmacy pharmacist as if he were a genuine doctor’s prescription; and (c) exercised the prescription made by the above G pharmacy as described in paragraph (b) at around 11:45 of the following day, the Defendant issued a prescription made by the alteration to the above pharmacy pharmacist as if he was a genuine doctor who was aware of the fact.

3. A violation of the Narcotics Control Act (flavoring) is a local mental medicine at “G pharmacy” located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 20:00 on March 2, 2016, even though the Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
