Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
On March 11, 2015, the Defendant was elected as a candidate for the president of a partnership at the first election of the head of a partnership nationwide (hereinafter referred to as “the first election of the head of a partnership”), which was implemented on March 11, 2015, and was selected as a candidate for the head of the partnership at the second election of the head of a partnership nationwide, which was implemented on March 13, 2019.
1. 2. The head of an agricultural cooperative under the Agricultural Cooperatives Act that violates the prohibition of contributions shall not make contributions to an institution, organization, or facility established and operated by the elector or his/her family members while in office;
On August 28, 2016, the Defendant offered drinking water equivalent to 200,000 won at an E organization where 26 members, such as the Chairperson F and G, who are members of the E organization, attend a meeting of the E organization held in the latter part of 236-14, a Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, 236-14, and are members of the E organization.
Accordingly, the defendant made contributions to the E-organization operated by the elector, including the Chairperson F.
B. The Defendant made contributions to H organizations on July 18, 2017, the H organization held in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-dong, 905 Daesan-dong, Ulsan-dong around July 18, 201.
