Reasons
The Plaintiff’s supply of goods, such as Category A, to the Defendant by April 2012, and the fact that the present price for the goods unpaid by the Defendant is either 78,787,358, or that there is no dispute between the parties, or that the entire purport of the pleadings in each of the evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 1.
According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay the above KRW 78,787,358 to the plaintiff. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
