Defendant
A is a business owner who conducts juvenile game providing business under the trade name of "D Game Center" in the Seosan City C2, and Defendant B is an employee of the above game room.
1. No one shall provide game products, the contents of which are different from those classified by the Game Products Management Committee for the distribution or use thereof, or display or keep such products for such purposes, and shall exchange or arrange for exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results (referring to game money prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as score, premiums, virtual currency used in game, and things similar thereto prescribed by Presidential Decree) obtained through the use of game products, or have any person engage in gambling or other speculative acts by using game products, or leave such person to do so;
A game product “non-fluorri” is a game that obtains points by accurately emphasizing the string of the water straw appearing in the screen with a shot and bruculate, and it was rated by the Game Management Committee so that free gifts are emitted and games are initial, if the points obtained in a single game are more than 600.

As a result, the defendant offers game products different from those classified, for distribution or use.
