Punishment of the crime
On October 24, 2006, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million by the Busan District Court as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

1. On January 8, 2020, at around 23:08, the Defendant driven the Cpoter II truck not covered by mandatory insurance in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 100 meters from the 100-meter section to the roads of the Busan Fudong-gu, the Defendant was under the influence of liquor at around 0.110%.
Accordingly, the defendant violated the Road Traffic Act prohibition on drinking driving more than twice, and driving a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance.

2. On January 31, 2020, at around 23:10, the Defendant driven Cpoter cargo vehicles not covered by mandatory insurance in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.074%, from the influent area of the Geumdong-gu Busan to the front road of the Busan Dong-gu B apartment, and from around 500 meters to the front road of the Busan Dong-gu B apartment.
As a result, the defendant violated the Road Traffic Act not less than twice, and driving a motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

3. The defendant is a person engaged in the driver's duty of the Class C-II trucks in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the Road Traffic Act;
On April 3, 2020, at around 17:24, the Defendant driven the above Poter II cargo vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.162% 0.162%, and led the Defendant to drive the above Poter II truck with a one-lane road in front of the E in Busan East-gu, Busan, from the F Apartment to the intersection of hot spring entrance.
In such cases, the driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately referring to the traffic situation of the front-way and the left-way and accurately manipulating the steering gear, brakes and other devices.
