1. The costs of lawsuit as to the case of unjust enrichment between the above parties are assessed against the respondent.
2. The amount of the cost of lawsuit that the respondent has to pay to the applicant under the above paragraph 1 above shall be determined as KRW 1,474,089, respectively.
With respect to the case stated in the order, the applicants have sought the confirmation of the amount of the lawsuit cost, and the above case is dismissed in the appellate court, and the Respondent's claim is reasonable to bear the lawsuit cost.
Furthermore, since it is recognized that the amount of litigation costs to be borne by the respondent is the same as that stated in the separate sheet of litigation costs, it shall be determined as per the order by applying Articles 212(2), 114, 98, and 110(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, Article 3(1) of the Rules on the Calculation of Litigation Costs for Attorneys’ Fees.
