However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Around December 22, 2007, the Defendant: (a) at the Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Council members of the National Health Insurance Association (Seoul Special Metropolitan City Council; (b) around 2, 2007, the Defendant: (c) had an employee under the name of the above hospital, who requested identification of the resident registration number of the subscriber D (E) although he/she was not a national health insurance policyholder or his/her dependent; (d) had the employee under the name of the above hospital receive treatment by deceiving the above employee under his/her name in the manner of his/her resident registration number and name; and (e) had the National Health Insurance Corporation pay KRW 5,469 to the above hospital; and (e) from around 3, 2016 until September 22, 2016, the Defendant acquired the above insurance benefit from 200 to 399 times in total; and (e) had the National Health Insurance Corporation pay the insurance benefit to each hospital, pharmacy, etc.; and (e) had the victim enter the above amount equivalent to the insurance benefit or insurance benefit; (c) 16.6.
