Reasons

1. Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments as indicated in evidence Nos. 1-1 through 3, 2-12, 3, 4, and 5-1 through 8, the above court issued a payment order (hereinafter “instant payment order”) on February 26, 2013 that “E shall pay to D 21,147,500 won and its delay damages” (hereinafter “the instant payment order”), and following the issuance of the instant payment order, D’s compulsory execution (hereinafter “instant compulsory execution”) against D’s movables indicated in the separate list of the movables kept in the Gyeonggi-gun Branch of Gyeonggi-gun pursuant to the instant payment order, and D’s possession of the Plaintiff’s property at the time of death (hereinafter “instant execution”). Accordingly, D’s compulsory execution against D’s respective property at the time of the Plaintiff’s death (hereinafter “instant execution”).
