1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 39,43,33 won and the interest rate of 12% per annum from October 30, 2020 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: A judgment based on the presumption of confession on February 2, 200 (Article 208 Paragraph (3) Item 2 of the Civil Procedure Act and the defendant only submitted a formal objection to the original copy of the payment order in this case, and did not submit a specific response and did not appear on the date of pleading.
