Reasons

Basic Facts

On May 18, 1965, the network H completed the registration of preservation of ownership with respect to the land of 797 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

The Defendants are the successors of the network H.

As the mother of the plaintiffs died in 1973, the mother of the plaintiffs written the tomb in this case.

B around July 2002, the instant land (hereinafter “instant housing”) was located, and around September 4, 2002, it was difficult to impose electricity charges on the said housing from September 4, 2002 to March 2015.

B obtained permission for facilities for the development and utilization of groundwater in the name of Defendant D on May 6, 2008.

B From 2009 to 2011, property tax on the housing of this case was paid.

Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on January 1, 1990 by reason of the completion of the acquisition by prescription on January 1, 1990, in accordance with the Plaintiffs’ respective shares in the separate sheet, with respect to each of the Defendants’ respective shares 14/91.

Judgment

A person who possesses real estate in peace and openly and openly with the intention of ownership for 20 years shall acquire its ownership by registration.
