1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 356,50,000 and KRW 206,50,000 among them, from September 1, 2009 to January 1, 2015.
In full view of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence 1-5, the plaintiff loaned KRW 300 million to Nice Development Co., Ltd. on May 25, 2009 on August 1, 2009, and agreed to be paid KRW 450 million including interest KRW 150 million. At the time, the defendants have jointly and severally guaranteed their obligations. The plaintiff was paid a total of KRW 93.5 million from defendant Eul, and the plaintiff was paid a total of KRW 93.5 million to the principal. Thus, the defendants jointly and severally agreed to pay the remainder of principal interest KRW 356.5 million (interest KRW 26.5 million) to the plaintiff, and damages for delay calculated on September 1, 2009 through September 25, 2009 as the plaintiff sought against KRW 26.5 million.
