1. The defendant is based on the sale on February 27, 1997 as to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On February 27, 1997, the Plaintiff sold an automobile listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 8,500,000,000. As such, the Plaintiff sought implementation of the procedure for acquisition of ownership transfer registration as to the said automobile.
