1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 81,50,000 and the interest rate from June 4, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(However, "creditor" is deemed to be "Plaintiff", "debtor" to be "Defendant", and "20% per annum" to be "15% per annum" under paragraph (3). 2. Judgment by service by public notice of applicable law (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
