1. The defendant shall pay 40,430,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from April 2, 2008 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff's indication of the claim was ordered by Socheon-gun, and entered into a civil engineering work site at the Gyeonggi-gun Dwork site executed by C corporation. While the plaintiff did not receive the user fees for heavy equipment from the above company, the defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the above user fees. The plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant as the District Court 2007Kadan67555 and won the case on July 18, 2008. The plaintiff filed the lawsuit of this case for the extension of the extinctive prescription period.
