1. The defendant shall have the amount corresponding to each of the amounts stated in the separate sheet claim column for the plaintiff (appointed party) and the appointed party and the corresponding amount.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff(s) and the appointed parties to the claim did not receive wages, even though they entered into an employment contract with the defendant and provided labor for each period listed in the attached Table.
