1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On May 17, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) leased real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant as a lease deposit deposit of KRW 10,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 800,000, and the lease period of KRW 12 months from May 26, 2014; (b) the Defendant did not pay the rent after July 26, 2014; (c) notified the termination of the lease contract on October 1, 2014; (d) thus, the Plaintiff sought delivery of real estate listed in the separate sheet, overdue rent, and return of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent.
