On May 20, 2020, from around 03:45 to around 04:18 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim C (Namnam, 29 years of age) was under the influence of alcohol and was locked in the above building parking lot; (b) infringed on the above building parking lot managed by the administrator D for the purpose of theft of the victim’s property; and (c) cut down the lock from the inside floor of the parking lot, the Defendant cut down the victim with a net gold booming amounting to KRW 4,00,000 at the market price of the building he worn by the victim.
