[Criminal facts]

1. 2. A quasi-special robbery: (a) on January 5, 2015, the Defendant: (b) used a siren that stolen as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) at around 02:20 on the same day; (c) applied the entrance glass of “M static landing points” L in Suwon-si L; (d) obstructed the entrance door inside the living room of the victim N. (V. 49 years old) connected to the said store; and (c) obstructed the stolen object, the Defendant attempted to suppress the victim’s resistance by assaulting the victim, such as the victim’s door, door, lock, and door, with a view to evading arrest, for the purpose of avoiding arrest.
