A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person engaged in driving a gallon car.
At around 13:50 on August 30, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car and proceeded along the road of six lanes in front of the bamboo front apartment in the Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, along the three-lane distance from the front line of death.
At the time, the Defendant was trying to change the course from three lanes to two lanes after stopping the signal atmosphere. In such a case, there was a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle by taking into account the traffic situation of the lane to change.
Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and caused the damage to the left side of the car driven by the defendant due to the negligence of changing the course into a two-lane, and caused the damage to the victim C(the 49-year old) who is driving along the two-lanes, to go beyond the center line on the left side, and led the victim E(the 60-year old) driving beyond the F-learning car.
As a result, the Defendant suffered from the victim C with approximately ten (10) weeks of the above occupational negligence in a closed pellet, etc. on the right side, and at the same time, the Defendant escaped without taking appropriate measures, such as immediately stopping the said car, so that the repair cost of KRW 1,975,000, such as the spread exchange, etc., and the repair cost of KRW 1,308,000, such as the exchange of the front driver, etc., can be seen as 1,308,006.
