1. The defendant's amount of money stated in the attached Table " overdue wages" for the plaintiff (appointed party) and the selected and this shall be the same.

Reasons

As of April 2015, the Defendant, as of the end of April 2015, is liable to pay the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the designated parties with 20% interest per annum from the day following the delivery of the complaint to the day of full payment, as the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the appointed parties delayed payment of wages or retirement allowances stated in the attached Table “interest in arrears” column as of the end of the same year.
