The Defendant leased a parcel outside of D, and one parcel owned by C, to obtain the purchase price of trees by pretending it as if he/she had ownership of the tree on the said land, by means of pretending that he/she had ownership of the tree.

1. On March 15, 2017, the Defendant forged a private document: “F” office in the column for the location of the site for a real estate lease agreement in the Namnam-si, Namwon-si; “former and 1 parcel, etc. in the column for the land category; “former and 32,767 square meters” in the area column; “32,767 square meters (9,912 square meters) in the space column for the structure and use of the building; “5,000 square meters (1,50 square meters)” in the space column for the building; “5,000 square meters” in the space column for the guarantee; “0 million won” in the space column; “1,500 square meters” in the vehicle column; “1,500,000 rent” in the space; “27,200 in the space column for the term; and “101 square meters and 12,000 square meters in the name” in the name column for the lessor’s address column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a copy of a real estate lease agreement in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On March 15, 2017, at around 13:00 on March 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) concluded a contract to sell pine trees planted on the land of K and C, as described in paragraph (1), at the J office in Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, on the eightth floor; and (b) exercised the contract to lease a forged real estate as if the contract was duly completed.

3. The Defendant, at the same time and place as Paragraph 2, concluded a forged real estate lease agreement with the victim K as Paragraph 2, and “Before five years, the Defendant leased one parcel, other than Section D, from the North Korean forest room-gun, prior to C ownership, to raise 500 pact trees for landscaping.
