A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than six months and by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, who did not intend to attract money and valuables, by threatening a female business owner who operated a mixed occupation shop, as if he reported it to an illegal business.

As such, the Defendant aided the victim and received 5,000 won at the same place from the victim who frightened it.
B. On October 2014, the Defendant: (a) demanded that the victim, at the same place as the end-to- end o’clock prior to the end o’clock, borrow money without any justifiable reason; (b) the victim refused to do so, and (c) the victim would be able to do so; and (d) the victim would have been able to do so; and (c) the victim would be able to do so, she would have threatened the victim as if he/she did not report to an illegal business if he/she did not immediately receive money.
As such, the Defendant aided the victim, and received 3,000 won from the victim at the same place, and boomed the victim.
2. On September 1, 2014, around 08:00, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by causing disturbance to the victim’s preparation of business and preventing customers from entering the entrance, and by obstructing the victim’s restaurant business for about 20 minutes, by forcing the victim to food and drink before the “G” restaurant run in Seoul Jung-gu E, but the victim was unable to provide food and drink during his/her business preparation.
