On September 1, 2013, at around 02:15, the Defendant: (a) boarding a taxi operated in front of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Da (53 years of age); (b) thought the victim would return to the destination; and (c) tried to open the front door of the taxi.

Accordingly, the victim is punished for the victim who gets off the taxi due to the reason that the victim's arms and head was frighted to get the victim's hair in order to stop the defendant.

While police officers and many players dispatched to the police upon receipt of a report, the victim openly insultd the victim by referring the victim as "this string, Chewing, and schip schip" as "this string, schip schip".
