The number of seized gold bars shall be 1kg (Gammomoly mags) 20 (No. 1) and black.

Around October 2013, the Defendant had a total of 1.4 million won in possession of 20 fake gold bars (each of 1kg, hereinafter referred to as “the instant gold bars”) and had a mind to acquire the money by deceiving the purchaser by means of pretending that it is a fake gold bars.

At around 17:30 on February 28, 2014, the Defendant continued to allow C to check the gold in front of the Hgas filling station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, “I will bring about KRW 700 million to the victim. At that time, C will bring about a total of 35 million gold bars from the water source within 2 hours, and if it is confirmed that the product is a serious product, the remaining KRW 450 million will be changed.” At that time, the Defendant would be a fake gold 20 foot gold bars which were parked in the vehicle parked therein.
