전세보증금반환 청구의 소
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 310,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from July 22, 2019 to the date of full payment.
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form;
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Part of dismissal: The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) was enforced on June 1, 2019. Under the said provision, the statutory interest rate under the said Act from June 1, 2019, is 12% per annum.
The claim for damages for delay in excess shall be dismissed.
