1. The Defendant’s compulsory execution against the Plaintiff is based on the payment order (No. 2018) No. 483 of the Suwon District Court.

Reasons

1. As the claim for the payment order of this case was extinguished by the lapse of the statute of limitations at the time when the application for the payment order of this case was filed, the judgment indicated in the Disposition No. 1 is sought to exclude the executory power of the judgment indicated in the Disposition No. 208(3)2.
