Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of Bbeer or a car.
On November 5, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 22:28, and proceeded at a speed of about 30 km from the wing-gu side to the front side of the white road in the Southern-gu white movement, along two lanes towards the wing-gu side, and changed the course to the three-lane.
Since there was a lot of cross-road traffic volume, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by properly examining the traffic conditions before and after the change of the vehicle line.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went along three-lanes of the victim C(35 ) who was running along the three-lanes due to the negligence of changing the lane into the right side of the vehicle, and received the part behind the left side of the vehicle of the victim C(35 ).
