On March 15, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor at night, in the Suwon District Court due to intrusion upon residence, larceny, etc. on November 22, 2005, and on September 28, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six years of imprisonment with prison labor due to robbery, larceny, etc. at the same court on November 22, 2005.

1. On July 21, 2014, around 08:10 on July 21, 2014, the Defendant, while working in a stock company C, had a large amount of expenditure compared to a monthly salary received by the Defendant, committed a theft of one bank cash card of the victim under his/her custody, by discovering a password tag kept by the victim when he/she was in the process of credit transfer request by the victim D, who was a shop club, and raising awareness of his/her intent to withdraw money by stealing the card kept by the victim.

2. A theft (cash withdrawal) around 09:00 on July 21, 2014, the Defendant, as set out in paragraph (1) of this Article, stolen-friendly cash payment machine, which was set up at G convenience stores located in Ethacheon-si, Gyeonggi-si, and then stolen-do cash cards and entered a password, and then withdrawn KRW 1,505,50 over five times in total, as shown in the annexed crime sight list (No. 1-5).

3. Around 12:00 on July 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) paid 200,000 won in return for withdrawal of cash using D cash cards from the Lende Park, Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si; (b) on July 21, 2014, the Defendant: (c) maintained a person who was unable to withdraw money from his surrounding areas; (d) on July 21, 2014, the Defendant withdrawn KRW 30,000,000 from that time to July 22, 2014, as described in paragraph (1), to the Korea Electronic Finance Corporation, which was installed at H IE-si-si-si-si I-dong-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si, and (d) withdrawn KRW 120,000,0000,000 won through a total of 12:53,063636.

In this respect, the defendant is a Buddhist person.
