On March 31, 2019, at around 01:46, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that is parked by the victim D in the C-dong parking lot in Bupyeong-si B-si, Bupyeong-si, and opened a door that is not corrected by the victim D; and (b) opened the city with one gallon J3 Smart City, one 8,000 won in cash in the city of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant, who was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor, committed larceny within the period of repeated crime.

around 03:17 on April 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat of G freight vehicle parked in the F of Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si; (b) took a theft with a gallon-5 mobile phone equivalent to 600,000 won at the market price of the victim H in the said vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant, who was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor, committed larceny within the period of repeated crime.
