Nos. 1 through 11 shall be forfeited.

In this case.

1. A public offering relation and the defendant, as a ship of Chinese nationality, are taking part in the organization of the Masping “Singing” and sojourn in Korea, and received the Masping “Singbook” and the cash card to be used for committing a crime, and take charge of withdrawing the money obtained by the victims from the cash payer to China. D, as a ship yard, has contacted the victims staying in China and received the Masping “Sing passbook” and cash card secured through the Masping “Singbook” and the cash card, etc., and provided them to the victims with such Masping “Singbook” and the cash card by directly communicating them to the victims, and provided them to the participants in the above organization, who are in charge of receiving the money from the victims, and then immediately contact them with the victims to withdraw the money acquired by deceit and transfer it to China.

The Defendant was aware of the fact that the said D, which was known to the Defendant, got money through the Defendant’s criminal act, etc., and there was a way to easily impose money from D around the end of 2013. Thus, the said defect was rejected first after receiving a proposal. However, when money was needed due to the livelihood, etc. of family members residing in China, the Defendant again contacted D around February 2014 and consented to the proposal, and then consented to the proposal.

Around May, 198, the names of the participants in the above D and organization are unknown, such as: (a) the receipt of the “Stopbook” and the “Stopbook” and the “Stopbook” to be used for committing the crimes of Bosping, while staying in the city of B and B in China; and (b) the receipt of the “Stopbook” and the “Stopbook” are waiting for contact.
