A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
The defendant shall pay 660,00 won to the applicant C of compensation.
Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant was delivered property by deceiving the victims.

1. On October 18, 2017, the Defendant reported the victim K's writing to the effect that "the Defendant purchases NFEA-227G in D 402 Dong 704, the Internet NAV'J," and that "the Defendant purchases NFEA-227G," and contacted the victim, "on the face of the transfer of the proceeds of the goods."
“A false statement” was made.
However, even if the defendant receives the payment of goods, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the goods.
As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 480,000 won from the victim to the bank account in the name of H on the same day.
2. The Defendant, around November 18, 2017, posted on D 402 704 Dong-si, the Internet NAVV, and on the Korean car page, is Vietnam (beer with a more 30-meter radius of 30 meters).
