1. The Defendant is limited to a motor vehicle indicated in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff on April 2, 2016.

Reasons

1. On April 2, 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) sold the motor vehicle indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant for KRW 400,000; (b) however, as the Defendant did not accept the procedure for the transfer of the motor vehicle and caused damages to the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit, as it did not accept the procedure for the transfer of the motor vehicle; and (c) accordingly, (d) a judgment without pleading (Article
