1. The defendant shall pay 270,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 24% per annum from May 2, 2008 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff, on May 1, 2007, lent KRW 270 million to the defendant as of May 1, 2008 and 2% of the agreed interest rate (payment on May 30, 2008), but the defendant did not repay the above loan to the defendant after the due date. Thus, the defendant is liable to pay the above loan and the damages for delay to the plaintiff.
