2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

A. On March 31, 2006, the Plaintiff’s claim against C with a maturity of KRW 50 million was set at KRW 24% per annum on March 30, 2008 and lent to C with interest rate of KRW 24%.

B. On October 31, 2013, the sales contract and the registration of ownership transfer C entered into between C and the Defendant entered into a sales contract to sell each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet owned by the Defendant (hereinafter “instant real estate”) at KRW 40 million (hereinafter “the instant sales contract”). On November 12, 2013, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer as Busan District Court’s Dong Branch Branch’s Branch’s Branch’s Branch’s Branch’s Branch’s Branch’s Branch’s Branch’s Branch’s Branch’s 108829 on November 12, 2013.

C.
