1. The defendant is against the plaintiffs:
A. Of the three floors of the real estate listed in the separate sheet, each of the indication 1, 2, 3, 4, 1 of the annexed sheet.
1. On April 29, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the real estate listed in the separate sheet (Seoul Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City D, 301) to the Defendant by setting the lease deposit of KRW 5,00,000, KRW 500,000 per month; and (b) the lease term of May 1, 2016; (c) on the grounds that the Defendant is in arrears for three months as of June 3, 2015, the lease contract is terminated; (d) the Plaintiff demanded the delivery of the said building as a reinstatement; and (e) demanded the payment of overdue rent and the return of unjust enrichment on the basis of rent.
2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act: A judgment without holding any pleadings;
