However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On October 21, 2008, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Gyeonggi-do, C lending 402, entered the Samsung Card designer D’s application form for the registration of Samsung Card member, which was issued by Samsung Card designer D as the house, using the examination color pen tool, entered the personal information, such as the resident registration number, etc. of the private village E, and the account number of the passbook of the company bank in the name of the applicant column, and sealed the Defendant “E” in the lower signature column, and then sealed the Defendant “E” on its side.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged two copies of the application form for membership of Samsung Card in the name of Samsung Card Co., Ltd. for the purpose of exercising rights and duties.

At that place, the Defendant submitted to the above D an application for membership of the Samsung Card under the name of the E, which was forged, as if it were a document duly formed.

B. On March 9, 2010, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house, entered the application form for membership of the Hyundai Card Master F, which was issued by N, with the Hyundai Card Designer F, personal information such as the E’s resident registration number and address, and the account number of the E company bank in the customer information column, entered the personal information of the Defendant and the Defendant’s husband F in the family information column, and affixed a seal to the lower part of the signature column, after entering the personal information of the Defendant and the Defendant’s husband F in the family information column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged two copies of the application form for membership of the Hyundai Card in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

At that place, the Defendant submitted to the above F the application form for membership of the Hyundai Card under the name of E, which was forged, to the said F, and exercised it as if it were a document duly formed.

2. Fraud;

A. On October 21, 2008, the Defendant made a false statement that “The Defendant obtained consent from E to the issuance of credit cards.”

However, the defendant's Samsung Card is true.
