1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and 12% per annum from May 24, 2020 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff’s loan of KRW 100,000,000 to the Defendants on January 20, 2014, and the remainder remaining after the Plaintiff received a partial repayment of KRW 50,000,000 on February 14, 2014, and damages for delay therefor (the Defendant C is the primary debtor and the Defendant D is the joint and several surety).
