1. Defendant R, Defendant B, and V’s joint crimes are the operators of X-mar treatment establishments located in Mapo City W, and Defendant B and V are the employees of the above X-mar treatment establishments.

Defendants andV, in collusion with joint business owners A from February 1, 2016 to May 17, 2016, keep 30,000 won to seven rooms located in the above X-more treatment facility and employ them as female employees, Y, D, Z (tentative name), etc. to report the signboard of the above X-more treatment facility and to have sexual intercourse with the unspecified number of customers, who found the signboard of the above X-more treatment facility, and received approximately KRW 1.60,00 to approximately KRW 1.60,00 from customers, and received approximately KRW 37,000 to KRW 87,00,000,000 to KRW 377,00 to KRW 87,000,000 from the rest of them and received approximately KRW 271,275,000 from the Defendants and A.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with V and A to arrange sexual traffic.

From February 1, 2016 to May 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) knew of the fact that the above X-morse practice place is being engaged in sexual traffic at the place of paragraph (1) from around May 1, 2016, the Defendant, despite being aware of the fact that the said X-morse practice place is being engaged in sexual traffic; (b) leased the name thereof; and (c) assisted and abetted the act of arranging sexual traffic by facilitating the crimes of R, B,V, and A, which are identical to paragraph (1) by customers to engage in sexual traffic.
