Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 days shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
At around 10:30 on August 27, 2012, the Defendant driven approximately 2.7 km from the Defendant’s residence in Gohap-gun, Gohap-gun to the Gohap-gun Park Office in the same area as the Gohap-gun Park Office in the same area, without obtaining a driver’s license on August 27, 2012.
