Purport of claim and appeal

A. The Defendant is a fisheries fraternity established and organized by designating “B, C, and E branch line located in Mineyang-si D” as a zone for the purpose of promoting community projects, economic promotion, and mutual awareness among the members of the fraternity for the purpose of improving the productivity of the fraternity.

As a member of the Defendant, the Plaintiff was in charge of the Defendant’s general affairs from around 2009 to July 30, 2012.

B. On June 24, 2013, the Defendant notified the Plaintiff that he was disqualified and expelled by the Defendant’s Articles of Incorporation.

(3) On February 13, 2015, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit of this case on March 11, 2015 (hereinafter “the first expulsion”). On April 1, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) contrary to the Defendant’s first expulsion, sent to the members of the fishing village fraternity or village business who consented to the Plaintiff, including the Defendant’s representative; and (b) on February 1, 2015, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit of this case with the purport that the Plaintiff is a member of the Plaintiff’s fraternity; and (c) on March 1, 2015, the Plaintiff amended the Defendant’s articles of incorporation by holding an extraordinary meeting; and (d) on April 1, 2015, the Plaintiff did not use the business of this fraternity for more than one year; (b) the Plaintiff was a member of the fishing village fraternity, who did not cooperate with or cooperate with the residents; (c) the Plaintiff did not appear to have any reason to include the Plaintiff’s title No. 3 (the same shall apply to the Plaintiff’s title No. 4); (hereinafter). 5).
