[Criminal Power] On September 4, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Jung-gu District Court on September 17, 2009, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 12, 2009, and on November 27, 2009, the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 6, 2010, and the said suspended sentence became null and void upon being sentenced to imprisonment for one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Gangwon-do District Court on September 13, 2012. On July 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for three years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Jeju District Court on May 19, 2017.

【Criminal Facts】

To the extent that it does not infringe on the defendant's defense right, the phrases of the facts charged were partly revised.

1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;

A. On March 21, 2019, around 01:18, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that does not correct the DNA car projected vehicle parked at the c parking lot located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seojin-gu; and (b) carried one cellphone, one name tag, and one notice to the victim E, who is the victim E. in that door.

B. On April 23, 2019, at around 00:45, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in front of the branch office of G in Pyeongtaek-gun F; (b) opened a door that was parked at that door; and (c) opened a door with one head of Joneone and one seal, the victim I owned; and (d) operated the said Lone Star and the said passenger car in excess of one million won at the market price of the victim K one.

Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to punishment twice or more due to theft, etc., and the execution is carried out.
