except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On February 18, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court for fraud, etc., and became final and conclusive on the 26th of the same month.

The Defendant did not have any of the following facts against the victim B:
