A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant said that he had an installment savings of KRW 30 million against his husband B, but the fact that the Defendant had no installment savings that he used and possessed at all living expenses, was able to make a false report as if he suffered the injury in order to avoid the situation when he had caused the use of the installment savings by his husband and caused the deterioration of family.
On September 25, 2013, at around 19:00, the Defendant purchased a knife in Ansan-gu, Annsan-si, the Defendant moved to a park located in 894-18 of the same Act, and used the above knife with the left knife on hand, and used the left knife on one occasion, changed the knife on the left hand, changed the right knife on one occasion, and requested the owner of the business to rescue at around 19:33 on the same day, and then enter the F in E at around 19:33 on the same day, “The knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knif.”
From around that time to September 15:50 on September 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received an interview at the above F and the Ansansan Winter Police Station, etc., and conducted an investigation into victims; and (b) had police officers in charge of such police officers as an slope G belonging to the Ansan Winter Police Station, etc. do harm as above; (c) but (d) concealed this fact, the Defendant followed the Defendant’s false statement, i.e., “after boarding a taxi on the number and model of his/her name, who appears to be an accomplice on the said taxi, followed the Defendant’s assault against him/her; and (d) caused the police officers to have the police officers check nearby CCTV over several hours to verify the fact and arrest the offender.
Accordingly, the defendant, as a deceptive scheme, interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to crime prevention and suppression.
