1. Facts of recognition;
A. A. Around December 2008, the Plaintiff corporation applied for a public invitation procedure for local industry promotion projects administered by the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and the project was selected as a project eligible for support.
Around September 2009, C entered as the head of the Plaintiff’s business team and took charge of all the affairs, such as fund management, etc., and also managed the head of the Tong and the books of the Plaintiff’s corporation.
B. A Mastersization Promotion Project Group was established around March 2010 for the purpose of promoting the project and legitimate use of subsidies.
C as the secretary general of the above Promotion Agency, he has overall control over the affairs of the said Promotion Agency and the execution of subsidies.
C. C is only the name of the Plaintiff Incorporated and the IB K Enterprise Bank (hereinafter “Corporate Bank”) from November 10, 2009 to June 27, 2011.
The sum of KRW 316,133,351 was transferred from the account to the corporate bank account under the name of the Defendant, one of its wife, as follows:
