1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On February 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated “F Real Estate” in the “F Real Estate Loan Contract Form” in the “F Real Estate” column for officetels monthly rent contract using a computer in the “F Real Estate” column; (b) written in the “FJ” column; (c) “AA” in the lessor column; and (d) marked in the lessee column, “AB” in the lessee column; and (c) marked the Defendant’s seal attached to the said AB name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a monthly rent contract for officetels in the name of AB, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On June 7, 2012, the Defendant, at the above real estate office of Incheon City, entered “gold million won” in the deposit column, “this million won payment” in the remainder column, “this million won payment” in the lessor column, and “A” in the lessor column, using the computer in the form of the lease contract concerning officetels No. 507 of the International Building 507, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, entered the seal of the said AA, which the Defendant had in advance, on the name next to the lessor’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one of the monthly rent contracts for officetels in the name of AA, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. The Defendant sent to AA, at the time, at the time, and at the place specified in paragraph 1(a), a monthly charter contract for an officetel which was forged as above, as if it were a document duly formed.

B. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, and at the place specified in Paragraph 1(b), issued to AB, who was aware of the forgery, a written contract for the transfer of an officetel that was forged as if it were a document duly formed.

3. Fraud;

A. On February 6, 2012, the Defendant entered into an officetel monthly rent contract with the victim AB and the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I building 507 at the above real estate office, and the Defendant received delegation from the victim on the condition that the lessee would receive KRW 250,000,000 per month from the principal owner of the above real estate.
