Examining the evidence of the first instance court’s adoption maintained by the lower court, it is justifiable for the lower court to have found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds indicated in its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of law such as misunderstanding facts contrary to logical and empirical rules, or misunderstanding of the legal principles as to the intent to acquire fraud and the burden of proof of the prosecutor in fraud.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
