However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On November 28, 2011, the Defendant received a summary order of a fine of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Daejeon District Court.

Nevertheless, on June 3, 2020, at around 04:08, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with the E Lastren in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.13% in the section of about 2 km from the front of the Daejeon Dong-gu B to the front of the D in the same Gu C.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
